Questions
Where does my logo go?
On the bottom of the board, so it stays with the gift. The buyers' family name and new address are engraved on top. Upload your logo the first time you redeem and we keep it on file.
Can you ship straight to my client?
Yes. On the form, choose "To my client," add their address and the closing date, and we time delivery to arrive after the closing. You can also give us a short message and we will write it on the gift label for you.
Do I need to send my logo every time?
Only the first time. We keep it on file and match it to the email you ordered with.
How long does it take?
Single sets ship in 7 business days. Sets redeemed from a 10-Pack ship in 4.
What goes on the coasters?
The family name and address, engraved in gold. Your logo goes on the board. The board gets your full text. Coasters are small, so we may shorten the name and address to fit, for example "The Heartwells / 416 LollyLoop Ln."
